How does Threadex work?

Threadex is designed to endure almost anything, offering uncompromised durability and comfort. Made of ultra resilient, yet stretchy fabric, it'll be the last pair of tights you buy.

Are Threadex stronger than most tights?

Threadex has been rigorously tested to withstand anything without sustaining any damage to its fibers —whether you're navigating crowded streets, tackling your workout, or rushing through your day. Crafted with ultra-durable, stretchable fabric, these tights resist runs, and tears, ensuring they stay strong and flawless no matter what.

Where is the product produced?

All our products are ethically manufactured with the highest quality materials in Europe.

How do I take care of my tights?

Be sure to stretch your tights before use and put them on by scrunching them up and rolling them on, from the toes and upwards, one leg at a time.

What size should I buy?

Purchase your usual size – our products are true to size. You can also refer to our size guide at the to of the product's page.

Shipping Policy

When will my order be fulfilled?

Our team asks for 2-3 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

Please note, we do not fulfill orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 1:00 pm UTC time, will be fulfilled the following business day.

For orders that contain an item that is marked as "pre-order", the entire order is shipped out at the same time when all items become available.

If I am located internationally, how much will shipping cost?

We offer Free Worldwide tracked Shipping for orders over $50.

For all orders under $50, the shipping cost is $4.99

If I refused an international package, will I receive a refund?

We are sorry to hear you have refused your package! Once our team has received your returned package, we will process a refund for the items, minus the shipping fee and a 20% cancellation fee. If your order was placed with our free international shipping, then we will also deduct the cost incurred for returning your tights back to our warehouse.

Please note that this can take up to four (4) weeks after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with packaging for either a refund, store credit, or a one time exchange. All return requests must be made within 30 days after the date of delivery and are for the expense of the customer. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package once we have determined that the return meets the above-mentioned conditions. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method. 

For all exchanges, we charge $20 for a return label that is used to partially cover our shipping expenses for the replacement item sent to the customer.

Conditions:

  • Your request to return is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned product(s) must be in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached. If you return a product to Threadex without all tags and accessories originally included with your purchase, Threadex retains the right to refuse acceptance of such return.
  • Returned product(s) is(are) returned and received at the return address provided to you within 30 days upon receiving your order. All returns are made to our address in the EU.
  • Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.
  • Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are only eligible for store credit.
Are there any steps before returning my order?

All returns need to be approved by Threadex' support prior to sending the item back. Our return address is in Bulgaria, Sofia. 

All returns should have the order number included in the package.

For US customers: We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Threadex. 

Please note that Threadex cannot be held responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Threadex takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. 

How do I start my return?

What is your return policy for sale items and orders placed with a discount code?

Any item purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale is not eligible for an exchange/ return.

Full-priced products are eligible for a refund, unless purchased with Klarna, Sezzle, AfterPay; Orders placed with Klarna, Sezzle, AfterPay are only eligible for a store credit; Store-credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are only eligible for a store credit.

Do you provide pre-paid return labels?

Yes, we could provide a returning label at the price of $20.

If I return an order that had a discount code applied, will the discount code be available again for a new purchase?

Our discount codes are for one time use and are unable to be reloaded if you return your order.

When will my exchange ship out?

We are sorry to hear you needed to return/exchange! When you submit an exchange it is not processed until the return has been sent back and the tracking label has updated to in transit with your returned products. Once your exchange has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent over via email.

Taxes & Duties

Will I have to pay taxes/duties in my home country?

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one’s local government.

We are legally required to claim the full retail value price of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates.

Please note: If you used a discount on your order, your customs office assesses taxes based on the original retail price.

Threadex is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

We are unable to offer a refund for taxes/duties.

I purchased my items with a discount code, why I was charged duties on the full retail value?

We are legally required to claim the full retail value of products purchased and our shipping system automatically enters this information into the customs documents it creates.

Some countries have an easy process for applying for a refund of overpaid duties when you show proof of any discount applied to your purchase.

Please check with your local customs agency for details of any duty refund program in your region.

Can I change/edit/cancel my order?

We process your order as soon as it's placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations / shipping / billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing / adding / altering an item in your order etc.) We accept order cancellation if it was placed in the first 24 hours.

Is there anywhere I can try on the Threadex Tights?

Our online store is the only place in the world to buy the original Threadex Tights.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed. Please note: Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes.

When will I receive my gift card? Is an actual gift card sent out?

We ask for one (1) business day to send out gift cards, please allow this time. We do not send out physical gift cards, we provide digital online gift certificates.
